What’s the Point, The Pear Traps?

Occasionally, Reglar Wiglar Magazine asks a band, artist or musician: What’s it all about? What's the point and why go on? This week we ask Chicago fruit baiters, The Pear Traps :

What’s it all about? 

We get to play with our pals in Landmarks and Careful Q at Cole's on November 2nd. And it's fun to drink at Cole's. 

What’s the point? 

Getting to write new stuff, record and play loud (like the stuff from our new EP, Elsewhere, available on bandcamp and iTunes). And impress our moms. 

Why go on? 

That's easy, our practice space is cheap and since we like practicing—which is mostly just us hanging out- we are always writing to have fun.
