Muggsy has fewer tattoos than Hank Rollins. He also has fewer muscles, less energy and probably less brains. Nevertheless, Muggsy has enjoyed making fun of the old man for the past couple decades and he's glad Rollins is still around. No, Muggsy is not crying, he's just chopping onions for the salsa recipe Rollins gave him. Sniff, sniff.
